By accessing or using the Services, or continuing to use the Services after being notified of changes to these User Terms or related policies, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these User Terms.
You Are an Authorized User. An organization, individual, or third party (“Customer”) may invite you to use LangEase for localizing content. Customers control their account settings and your access to the Services, including uploading content and managing permissions.
LangEase provides the Services to the Customer based on a separate agreement (“Contract”). When using the Services, you may submit content or files (“Customer Data”) for localization. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree that:

By using LangEase, you agree that you bear full responsibility for the legality and distribution of the content you upload. LangEase reserves the right to remove or block access to any prohibited content without prior notice.
As between LangEase and the Customer, the Customer is responsible for:
LangEase provides the Services “as is” and makes no express or implied warranties regarding their use. Any issues regarding Customer Data should be addressed directly to the Customer.
You Must Be of Legal Age. To use LangEase, you must be at least 16 years old or meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Follow the Rules. You agree to abide by LangEase’s Acceptable Use Policy and any policies established by the Customer. If you encounter inappropriate content or behavior, report it to the Customer or workspace administrator.
Termination of Access. Your access to the Services may be terminated by the Customer or LangEase at any time, including if the subscription ends or if you violate these User Terms or related policies.
LangEase may intervene in cases of violations of the User Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws. However:
LangEase is intended for business use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, consumer protection laws do not apply. If consumer laws are applicable in your jurisdiction, they will not be excluded but may limit certain provisions in these Terms.
The provisions in sections titled “Limitation of Liability,” “The Relationship Between You, Customer, and Us,” “Important Note on Uploaded Content,” and “General Provisions” will survive the termination or expiration of these User Terms.
Notices – LangEase will send notifications to the email associated with your account or through the platform. Notices to LangEase should be sent to support@langease.ai.
Privacy Policy – Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and process your data.
LangEase may modify these User Terms as necessary. Changes will be communicated via email or through the platform, and the updated Terms will take effect on the date specified. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Failure to enforce any provision of these User Terms does not constitute a waiver of rights. Waivers must be in writing and signed by an authorized LangEase representative.
If any part of these User Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these User Terms without prior written consent from LangEase. LangEase may assign these Terms to an affiliate or as part of a corporate reorganization.
These User Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the Contract. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the applicable courts.
These User Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and other referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and LangEase. In case of conflicts, these User Terms will prevail.
